RäUMER.PLuS (RMR+) Scrapers are especially developed for circular clarification tanks with central feeding structure, serving as radial, cantilever or diametrical scrapers which can easily be adapted to suit for tank dimensions and plant requirements. Sludge and scum removal systems are connected to the peripheral driven rotating bridge.
RMR+ Scrapers are available in different type of sludge removal systems:
- Blade Type: Sludge blades push the settled sludge to the central sludge removal cone.
- Suction Type: Settled sludge is drawn by suction pipes directly from the bottom of the tank.
RMR+ Scrapers for can also be equipped with various type of floating scum removal systems:
- Skimmer Type: Scum is directed to peripherally located removal funnel by surface skimmers.
- Pumping Type: Scum is collected via submerged trough or rotating spiral and pumped out of clarifier tank.
